Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements 2011 on Tuesday, 14 February 2012 at about 10 a.m. Finnish time (8 a.m. UK time). We will arrange on the same day

Financial statements

Raisio publishes annually a financial statements bulletin, three interim reports  and an annual report that includes corporate responsibiliy. In case of any matter of importance, investors are informed through stock exchange releases and press releases.

In addition to the above-mentioned publications and releases other material used in investor meetings can be found at company web site. The ownership of major shareholders and insiders public to the extent required by the Securities Market Act can also be found at company web site. Shareholder register is updated monthly and insider register is updated daily on company website.
